Unfortunately, when the students came back to the hotel to retrieve their luggage, many of them had lost their luggage tickets, which allows our team to ensure the luggage is returned to the rightful owner. Our Front Desk Team was trying to assist them by asking questions about their luggage/bags (i.e. colour, items) and some of the students began to call our Front Desk Agents racist which was very unfortunate.
