The location was great for us and where we needed to be . Very close to many nice restaurants, shopping, etc… all within walking distance. Staff were good and we thought it was great considering that they have not been open that long. We would stay there again, and it had a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and the space was generous!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel is very clean, modern, new, and has such a vibrant atmosphere. Everything feels well-maintained and thoughtfully put together. The complimentary breakfast was one of my favorite parts of the stay. There were so many options to choose from, and the food was fresh, delicious, and had something for everyone. The facilities were also excellent. The pool and gym were clean, modern, and well-maintained, and overall the amenities were top-notch. The location is another big plus it’s close to several stores and very easy to access, which made getting around really convenient. The staff were also friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This hotel has a lot of growing pains to overcome before it meets the standard of service I've come to expect from most good hotels. In particular ,I made arrangements with the assistant manager a week in advance that I required a room on the first floor and assistance in getting into our room. When we arrived we were presented with a 5th floor room. They were short staffed and do it took a half hour before we were able to get assistance to get into our room. The next day we asked for our bed to be made. That never happened. IIn short , the left hand wasn't aware of what the left hand was doing.

Booked this hôtel through Expédia a few weeks go and when we arrived on Sept 15th around 8:30pm we were told they did not have a room for us due to some plumbing problems. I was travelling with 2 other friends, who had booked direct with Marriott, their reservation was ok. Desk clerk was very rude and told us he could book us a room downtown at a much higher price. That was not acceptable to us. Many people were checking in after us and their réservations were honored. Was told because we booked through Expedia we were first to have our rooms cancelled. I have been doing business with Expedia for over 20 yrs, been to over 70 countries and have used Expedia many many times. I cannot believe that Marriott would treat Expedia customers like that. On our own, we found another hôtel for the night and price was a quite a lot higher….. Don’t think I will ever book another Marriott….
