"My wife and I were doing a meandering drive from Ottawa to Montreal. We made a last-minute decision to stay here, grabbing the last room available. We knew it was a remote location, so our expectations were not high.
Owner Dominic, however, has created a jewel along the Ontario side of the Ottawa River that I highly recommend for lodging and, more importantly, the food!
The property used to be solely a restaurant, but post-pandemic, Dominic and his brother decided to turn the third generation...
"Absolutely loved this place! We opted for a waterfront room and thoroughly enjoyed seeing the river from the tables inside and outside. It's so peaceful and calm - no excess noise, from the road or elsewhere, etc. We opted to stay an extra day to soak more in.
Otherwise, the shower was fine, the bed was fine, the room came with a fridge and microwave, chairs, and a superb staff who went out of their way to be certain everything was "set" for us.
Breakfast had plenty of options for pretty much...
"Traveled with my family and we had a wonderful experience. The property was new, clean and conveniently located. Staff was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. The hotel concept is great and has a shared living space with things to do, including a foosball table and a pool table. The indoor pool was also nice. Available gym as well. Nice beds and comfy room although not as spacious but enough to relax and recharge."

"All good. One thing that was annoying is when you stay more than one night the keys have to be reactivated each day which didn’t make sense. Few other guests had the same complaint. They should fix it. Overall a very nice and convenient place to stay. "
"I enjoyed my stay even though it is not a 5 ⭐️ hotel. I was weary at first because the room was so cheap! All I needed was a clean quiet room and they delivered. I must mention that the young man who checked me in was absolutely courteous and nice. Will definitely be back! "
