Khách sạn Ottawa - Đông Nam Ontario

"Everything was very clean and updated. Friendly, helpful staff and great breakfast - especially for the price!"

"The room was very clean, and well appointed and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The contactless check-in was seamless but staff were on site if assistance would have been required. The Lighthouse restaurant is small but the quality of the food is excellent and again the staff were great. Would definitely stay there again."

"We liked the clearn room and location. We would like to suggest a few things to make stays more accommodating. There should be more than one hook in the bathroom to hang towels. The barn door is unnecessary in a large room. A regular door would allow for more hooks. The shower head in the bathroom didnt work very well and there was no hand held wand. It should be replaced with a shower head combo. There was also no bathroom fan. The breakfast had very little vegan options which was...

"The Metcalfe Hotel was better than we imagined. The staff (from check-in desk to housekeeping to wait staff) were lovely and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our pups also enjoyed their stay. So thankful to have a hotel that offers such care for their guests and their guests' dogs!"

"Wasnt able to access pool, or hot tub. Disappointing as I was looking forward to it, was one of the reasons I booked this hotel for my stay."

"Hotel and rooms were just like in the pictures. Staff was super nice!"

"what a cute hotel! bar was good and clean and fun too"

"Rooms provided a cooker, fridge etc. This allowed us flexibility wrt eating. The laundry rooms were really useful as we were on an extended holiday around eastern Canada and obviated the need to find a laundrette. Computer in-room was also useful for planning etc."

"We will look for this hotel on our next trip traveling through Canada. Reasonable in cost and comfortable and well-run!"

"The room was very nice and spacious. The hotel was clean and despite there being a lot of guests it was very quiet. Breakfast was passable. It was not above average. The location of the hotel meant that you had to drive everywhere. Nothing was in walking distance. Regardless, the parking was free, the staff was friendly and we had a very nice time."

"A newish hotel in excellent condition."

"Great complex. Fun bar. Rooms small but clean with great view of the river."

"Nice room, nice property. Decent location, close to Queens campus. Breakfast was average."
