"Unimpressed with the hotel entrance. Had to drag our bags through the casino metal detector and then find the lobby."

"I never checked in to this hotel. We called to confirm debit or cash was accepted as deposit before booking. Was told no cash, debit will be okay. Check in is at 3pm. I arrived 3:15 and no one was at the counter so an employee leaving her shift put her stuff down and helped us, was told room is still dirty. I asked if we’re early and she said guarantee check in is 4pm. We left, came back at 4pm. Line up was out the door because the horrible employee at the desk had no idea what she was doing....

"The hotel is very nice and the suite we stayed in 312 was exceptionally well designed for such a compact space - it had it all, full kitchen, living room with desk and sofa bed and large wall-mounted TV, king size bed with walk-through closet to bathroom, two openings making it accessible from even hallway, and even a small balcony to boot. Great value! The only thing that would make it even better perhaps is a bottle of water by the side of bed. That’s it! Thank you for the wonderful...
