Also, for the payment, the initial booking amount was different from the receipt given from the reception. So the amount was $445 while the receipt mentioned $286.45, so I am confused regarding which payment is accurate. Overall, I am not satisfied with the stay at Rideau Heights Inn."

"There was no one to check in with but there was a phone number to call. It only took a few minutes before someone came to check me in. There was a bit of a mix up with my booking but was sorted out in short order.This is a family owned and operated hotel from my understanding.
