"This is the worst hotel in the world. Do not stay here. The staff hates guests. They turned off the airconditioner in 38 degree weather, no explanation..night time. They literally said they dont care and its "my problem"."

We took the wrong lift as there were no guidance, and ended up have to use the staircase instead (ibis and adagio uses the same building ..."
