This place is very old and outdated and can not be used to host guest at such conditions The front desk guy was very rude and woke me up at 10:30pm after a long driving trip to blame me for a passport number that he never got correct at checking in which was 3:00pm Very unprofessional DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE PERIOD

An der rezeption wurde man gut empfangen. Das zimmer war erst eine stunde später bezugsfertig. Sauber war es trotzdem nicht. Wenn man einen fernsehapparat anbietet, sollte man mehr als nur ein program haben. Nachts feierten hotelgäste unter meinem fenster laut party gemacht, niemand vom personal schritt ein.

Une déception totale

Une déception totale. Fuyez si possible. Avec quoi commencer ? Pas d'eau chaude, même après le passage du service concerné et l'assurance que ca aller être réglé. L'eau utilisée par l'hôtel est tellement salé que ta peau en souffre (ça n'a rien à voir avec l'eau de la ville). Le wifi est là juste pour le décore, impossible de faire une recherche Google. Enfin le personnel ne propose aucune solution et je le qualifierais d'incompétent.

Corridoi lunghi incui i turisti irrispettosi che arrivano e partono numerosi, trascinano rumorosamente trolley e parlano a gran voce. Le camere a miglior prezzo sono quelle in punti "sfigati" ma dignitosi dell'enorme complesso. Colazione a buffet abbondante. Molto personale gentile. Ottima posizione tra centro e kasbah. In generale ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo.

El hotel muy viejo en general, el baño de nuestra habitación se caía a cachos, la bañera tenía remates de pintura por todos los lados y las cortinas no estaban limpias. Me sorprende la nota global que tiene este establecimiento. La limpieza, en general, muy justa. El personal muy amable y bien situado

Great hotel

Great hotel! When we check in the lady in the front desk didn’t speak much English but she did everything posible to make sure that we were comfortable. She gave us important info n walked us to our room. The room was nice and very spacious and it had a fridge so 10+ for that. Also the pool was a bonus cuz the weather was super hot so the pool was great!

Joli hôtel avec piscine mais un peu vieillot

Hôtel beau et confortable avec deux piscines et un jardin, mais un peu vieillot et pas très bien maintenu à mon goût. Les chambres ont un style des années 60-70, avec de vieux meubles et décoration. La salle de bain était vraiment moche et en deçà du niveau attendu pour un 3 étoiles. Le service aussi laissait à désirer: j'avais des serviettes encore humides, pas de produits d'hygiène... Le personnel de l'enregistrement n'était pas très agréable non plus. Pour le petit-déjeuner: le choix était plutôt limité, et presque tout était froid (le pain, les soupes, les galettes et crêpes...). bref beaucoup de choses à améliorer à mon avis. Et l'hôtel s'appelle Riad Salam, et non Le Tichka, j'ai eu du mal à le trouver!

Grand hôtel, beaucoup de chambres. Il y a deux piscines, par contre en avril l'eau est tres froide. L'air climatisé de la chambre dégoûtait et cela faisait beaucoup de bruit. Décoration de la chambre plutôt vieillot.
