"This hotel is crisp and clean with warm efficient service at reception, and delicious coffee in the lobby. The location was perfect, right next door to the train station, and within an easy walk or tram ride from most attractions/neighbourhoods we wanted to visit within the city. "Unclear from the listing that there were different grades of property. Balcony shown in listing photos but this only exists on 1 apartment. No air conditioning & it took 2 weeks for owner to supply fans - during a heat wave!! Some of the apartments had bed bugs & their bedding was in red bags in the lobby for a good few days! Needless to say we preferred to wash & change our own bedlinen. Apartment was clean but had no cleaning materials, e.g. small floor brush but no dustpan or mop. Washing...

"Wir waren vor ein paar Jahren schonmal in diesem Hotel und total begeistert, so dass wir es dieses Jahr wieder gebucht haben. Leider wurden wir enttäuscht, das tolle Frühstück wird nicht mehr angeboten, das Zimmer war schon sehr abgewohnt und die Abflüsse in der Dusche sowie Badewanne und Waschbecken waren verstopft. Das Hotel kommt für uns nicht mehr in Frage."
