"I booked a superior room and I was placed in a room with a big box in the middle making the room small I could find the fridge and their was not even a bottle of water in the room. Then we had to be evacuated from the hotel without any suggestions on where we should book. I had to walk down 9 floors with my heavy suitcase to find out what’s happening. The staff tried their best but the process was not working I was very disappointed with my stay this time I booked 2 years ago and had no fault....

"The “cafe” is strictly vegetarian. Useless. No garbage can in room. Big beds. Reasonably quiet. Laundry will cot about $14 per load."

"We arrived in Rotterdam on one of the hottest days in Europe. The reception was very friendly and even in the heat they were real troopers. (Note: No air conditioning in the lobby but really good air in the rooms). The hotel is right next to the cruise terminal and very handy if you are catching a cruise ship."

"The hotel was clean and everything worked like it was supposed to, which is unfortunately not so common. The AC worked great and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. My room was clean and quiet."

"The hotel is hands-free if you book online. I didn't talk to staff or eat in the hotel restaurants. I can't speak to the staff or food in the hotel. The room had a bed, desk, TV, and a washroom. A good size for a solo traveller. The room had a smell and not pleasant. It could have been because the room was on the bottom floor. The gym and sauna were a bonus."

"The hotel was fine but unfortunately the housekeeping was poor. Shower gel container was not refilled when needed and on one occasion left our room without any towels, toilet paper and hand soap. Had to contact an outside concierge at 11pm to get these items. Could also do with a lift for people on 2nd Floor as 47 steps of stairs to get there."

"Unsere Erfahrung im Leonardo Hotel Papendrecht war leider enttäuschend. Bereits der Empfang wirkte unfreundlich und lustlos. Auf Nachfrage wurde nicht wirklich hilfsbereit reagiert, sondern eher patzig. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem und die Dusche. Besonders die Regendusche war sehr gut. Das waren für uns die positiven Punkte. Allerdings wirkte das Mobiliar etwas veraltet, und die Kaffeemaschine war defekt. Es gab zwar eine Minibar, die Getränke waren jedoch nur gegen Bezahlung...

"Er zijn vier liften waarvan er drie kapot zijn en iedereen gebruik moet maken van ene lift en dat met een hotel van zes verdiepingen Het was trappen lopen Het ontbijt was gratis en dat kon je merken want het was vechten om een tafeltje en om je boterham, wij zijn ergens anders gaan ontbijten De schoonmaakvan de kamers laat ook te wensen over de bedden worden niet opgemaakt en de toilet bleef ook maar doorlopen dat hebben we zelf verholpen we zijn hier al enkele keren geweest maar dit is echt...

"Prachtig uitzicht over de haven, heerlijk bed. Op loopafstand van de meeste bezienswaardigheden in Rotterdam. Het was het perfecte uitje om mijn jarige geliefde mee te verrassen"
