"Room very clean and comfy bed.
I did not like the courtains, the were not dark to sleep in a nice way. I understand Netherlands they don't use them but I can not sleep in a bright environment. Also, the pressure of the shower was a bit low.
Breakfast was amazing with nuts and good choise."

Parkhaus: geräumig, stinkt aber, da der gelbe Müll dort gelagert wird. Fahrradabstellplätze ausreichend, aber keine Lademöglichkeit. Auch für E-Auto nicht....

"I booked this hotel because it was near the airport. My cruise ended in Rotterdam and my flight didn't leave until 5pm so I needed a place to stay for the day. It was perfect - a great place tp spend a few hours. The reception desk manager was outstanding and made my stay very enjoyable. It was the weekend so the shuttle to the airport didn't go but it was only a 10 minute walk to the departure terminal."

"While it was kind (and odd) to be upgraded but without access to the M Lounge, it really didn't matter. The staff working The Pillars were all superb - particularly Maressa who kindly helped me improve my Dutch language skills.
