"At this price point, it's disappointing that you have to pay extra to have decent wifi.
At the Spanish restaurant, the food is good, but at Dinner service, it gets busier, and the staff and kitchen struggle to handle it. During off-peak hours, it works fine.
The room service food was a bit disappointing for the price, and I would expect the dishes to bring the same ingredients as described on the menu.
Overall, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is very polite and helpful."

"I added an extra day to my stay and had a very good experience with the housekeeping team. The cleaning staff were professional, hardworking, and very attentive. My room was clean, well prepared, and comfortable when I arrived.
I appreciate the effort they put into maintaining the quality of the rooms and making sure guests have a pleasant stay. Housekeeping is often a behind-the-scenes job, but their work makes a big difference in the overall experience.
Thank you to the cleaning staff for your...
