"The hotel structure is modern and nicely looking. Everything that's beyond it it's a non-funny joke. As we arrived they missed our expedia reservation because, supposedly, it had been book too long ago (on Expedia looked pretty confirmed though). Missing remit for ac, king size bed was put together with two single beds and covered by a mattress, light fixtures missing plugs. Wi-Fi is not working, found bugs in the room. The most ridiculous rule is you have to prove you are married to your spouse, and if you show them a foreign marriage certificate they will not accept it. "When I checked at the hotel, a manager told me that I needed to pay 10000 DZ($75) to use the pool, which was was included in my reservation. Then he said that I’m not allowed to the pool because I’m a single guy and it was only reserved for women. Their website or Expedia description doesn’t mention anything like that. I mainly paid to use the hotel amenities such as the pool but ended up not been allowed. Very disappointing. "

"L'hotel dans sa globalité présente bien. A mon arrivée j'ai dû demander a ce que les draps et les taies d'oreiller soient changés car cela n'avait pas été fait mais malgré tout la chambre était propre. Le buffet pour le petit-déjeuner est bon mais cela manque de choix, en revanche pour les repas il y a plus de choix et la cuisine est très bonne. Le personnel est très sympathique, à l'écoute et aux petits soins. L'hôtel est plutôt calme et tranquille."
