Also she guided us with the area and also was ready to refund us for the days we did not stay. The welcome was really nice and the rooms were kept in good shape. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome. A special mention to Mia from the entertainment team, who was brilliant at bingo on our last night and kept everyone laughing and engaged. such a great way to end the holiday. We couldn’t fault the service and would happily return."
