Um ponto fraco, em minha experiência, foi quanto aos funcionários, alguns deles não foram os mais simpáticos, porém relevamos. "I was using the hotel to break up a long drive from Santander to Lisbon. Arriving in the late evening, I feared the kitchen would be closed by the time I arrived. But the gentleman who checked me in quickly took me to the bar where they made me a toasted sandwich while I put my things in my room, which I greatly appreciated.
The room was extremely comfortable, breakfast was good, and the little touches of wool and wool related paraphernalia were a nice touch. I didn't get to use the pool, but...
"A fine place to stay, but it’s PR is not helped by the unattractive photo of the indoor pool which is prominent in its advertising. I would suggest a shot of the town of Manteigas from the hotel- a beautiful vista indeed."
