"I stayed at this hotel for a night while I was seeing my customers who worked at the nearby vineyards. This hotel was located approximately two (2) miles away from the train station at Mont-de-Marsan that led directly to Bordeaux. This hotel also had a parking lot, but I did not have a car. This hotel had French television stations, heat and air conditioning, good hot water, and workable Wi-Fi. I did have to pay a tax while I stayed at this hotel. I enjoyed the breakfast, but the breakfast was an additional fee. The breakfast had many types of foods, such as: breads, eggs, pastries, and fruits. This hotel was both quiet and clean, and there were areas for the people to sit outside. There was no elevator, but there were many sets of stairs. Many restaurants and stores were located close to this hotel. I speak French, so I had no issue with any communication, but I did not find any employees of this hotel who spoke English."

"Exactly what we needed. Very clean, and well taken care of. A perfectly suitable studio apartment. The staff was very nice too. One thing that I wasn't expecting is that it's a hotel basically inside of a senior residence, so that gives it a little different vibe than a typical hotel. That said, we had some very pleasant interactions with some of the friendly residents in the lobby. If you're bothered by the sound of military planes, this one isn't for you, but surely most people who book here are aware of the base or specifically looking for something nearby. If you're looking for something in the area it's perfect. Would definitely stay here again."

"A hidden gem in a quiet location which was ideal on our motorbike trip. Ample parking and lovely swimming pool. Evening meal was lovely with a good choice and great prices. Would highly recommend"

"First, this nice and remote hotel gets high praise for having air conditioning. We really needed it during the time we stayed there. The breakfast was nice. And I really enjoyed the pool. I was surprised how cold it was given how hot the weather was during our stay. My apologies to the host for not paying for the breakfast, but I hope my efforts to make up for that later will come about."

"On arrival the parking was easy and plentiful, and the receptionist was very welcoming and informative. The room was clean, bright and comfortable and perfectly adequate for our one night stay or even longer. Breakfast was good but was disappointed there were no boiled eggs, and also disappointed there was no restaurant open in the evening, which meant we had to find a restaurant after a long drive"
