"Really good acomodation - modern, comfortable, quiet and secure. Only problem is location!! Very far from beach and any shops etc. Not within walking distance so taxis needed or a car rental arrgned then hard to find parking at destination. Complex itself very good but surrounded by acres of derelict sites. No evidence of the water park shown in the ad - must have been a victeim of covid!!"

"It is a pretty and clean villa. The swimming pool is also clean and good. One thing is that there was a room where the air conditioner did not work, which was a little inconvenient. There was a little problem with the water drain pipe. The villa is good, but it is located inside, so transportation is a bit inconvenient. It's a great place for families to relax."

"We enjoyed our stay and meeting HARRY POTTER, lol :) It was close to the beach and walking street. Our room was like the movie and it also had a kitchen, which our family liked to take the train. "Very easy check in and check out. Very modern design, waste management and grounds services very good. My Unit had BBQ pit. Pool well maintained, good internet service. Beds very comfortable. Nice kitchen and Restrooms."

"Its as its advistised... But the locationnis a bit far from the actual beach, so considering the traffic jam in Pattaya, this could be a pain. Staff are friendly and reasonable, its just the place needs some rennovation, i can see its former glory. Good experience, but i would prefer to live closer to rge CBD. "
