However, we do find out hotel practice last minute low price policy, where our booking was 30% more expensive than when it is booked closer date.. We feel were punished for securing early booking.. I literally have to book another hotel in the middle of my first night here because I couldn't sleep on this god awful mattress. They also gave me a twin bed too when I specifically asked for a king bed. Staff unwilling to compromise or even consider a partial refund. Well, that's cool, ur just losing my business from now on. "
