"Cute apartment, clean and with air conditioning, and good location. Our only issue was with check-in. There is a common lockbox and after 7 hours of train delays, we arrived in the dark of night to find there wasn’t a key for us. Amazingly the hosts replied when we called at almost midnight and they did sort it out and come give us a key. "Extremely convenient location. Newly renovated with modern furnishings. The kitchen was useful. The management was flexible and helpful. The main disappointment was that the listing didn't include all taxes, but rather before check-in, we had to pay an extra 10 Euros for a tax that was not included in the price. Another slight inconvenience is that after registering with Expedia, one had to complete a new registration with Camelotels."

"An excellent apartment both in location and cleanliness. A small but very useful kitchen and good sized refrigerator made the stay very easy. Ghent is a city undergoing a lot of building and street rehabilitation so be prepared for the early morning construction sounds. However, the apartment is pretty quiet. A great choice."
