"The pool was CLOSED! We always choose a hotel with a nice pool for our special needs daughter. We chose this one for that feature and were sorely disappointed that we couldn't use it.
The breakfast was OK but not outstanding. The front desk staff was grest-- even suggested a terrific local Italian take-out restaurant."

"Unfortunately, my recent experience at the Embassy Suites Golf Resort in Greenville this past weekend was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

"Staff was nice! Cleaning staff were ready to clean room everyday! Breakfast wasn't good, eggs tasteless, sausage links uncooked, had to microwave and coffee was weak, no variety in creamer. Coffee packs in room even weak. Need safe in rooms. Storage space in room minimal for 2 people had to use suitcases. Clothing storage area used for towels because towels rack in bathroom was broken. Tub miss stopper and shower-head only worked on jet. Both staff being so nice, why score not lower!"

"This was a terrible place to stay: we’d already paid for our stay and would have left if able. It took 4 days to get our sink to drain. The shower water pressure was very weak and it did not get repaired until day 4 of our stay. Found someone’s socks on a chair. Pool in disrepair and could not be used.
Good coffee and breakfast. Staff was pleasant but unable to get fix-it staff to help with bathroom repairs.
Do not recommend this hotel!!"

"The property was great. It was very close to Main Street in downtown. There were snacks and breakfast food which was nice, but we didn't use this too much. The only issue we had was we could not get the WiFi working and ended up connecting my phone to our CPU and that worked fine. We loved our space it was very cozy and quiet. We didn't see many other people so it was very private."
