"Beautiful apartment, had everything we needed for a one night stay and a close walk to city centre, would definitely stay again."

"Very nice clean apartment, had everything we needed. It is small but would be perfect for a couple. We managed as a family of 4 and its in a great location not far from York. Bed is super comfy. We had a lovely time."

"This is a very well located hotel with stylishly furnished rooms and very comfortable beds. The kitchenettes in the rooms are handy - and there is a tesco express across the road. "Excellent base to visit York. A pleasant 30 minute walk along the river into York. Property was very clean and warm. Owner very attentive. Kindly left milk, tea, coffee and biscuits which we were grateful for. "

"Great location, close to town but in a quiet cul-de-sac. Lovely property, well maintained and decorated. Open plan lounge /kitchen downstairs. Very comfortable bed and good quality bedding and towels. Clean, modern bathroom with toiletries and hairdryer provided. Outdoor chairs provided to sit in the quiet courtyard in the front. Perfect property for a couple to visit York. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Excellent apartment within easy walking to all York attractions and parking spot available."

"Lovely old property with lots of character. Comfortable beds and nicely furnished. As a group of friends we enjoyed our stay. 20 min taxi or bus ride into York. Very few negatives. Bit of road noise as it's a busy road, a few hair dryers would have been nice, description said it was near a shop, but not the case."
