Very remarkable hotel

It's nice place for a vocation and holiday. Quiet and beauty. The room is clean and all is ready when we check in by ourselves with the electrical key sent to us by email.We like it very much. I hope to be there again in the winter, to ski.

OK Stay

The unit was a little out of date and we had some trouble connecting to the internet. There was not cable, but apps to watch TV which was ok but unusual. The ski locker was not usable and the outside light was blown out making the stairs more trecherous than they needed to be at night.

The studio itself was nicely appointed and easy to find. However, the lock on the door was old and difficult to figure out. Once we (eventually) got it open, the door could not be locked from the inside, and the balcony had a railing that was loose. Both of these are BIG safety concerns and should be fixed immediately.

The room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, we had to open the door for hours to clear it out. The bed sunk in and we had to sleep right on the edge to avoid rolling into the centre.

Good location. Place was a bid run down cosidering the ridiculous per night price. I battled the toilet the whole 2 days. Plunger in the tank was leaking and toilet constantly running without intervention. Definitely not worth the price but we still had a great trip .

This resort is disgusting. We started off in a room but asked to be moved immediately. The second we walked in we were hit with a stench of mold and smoke. The counters were covered in crumbs, the kitchen utensils were filthy, earwigs crawling around everywhere and half the lights didn’t work. The bed had pee stains and wasn’t even on a bed frame, just sat on the floor of filth. After going through numerous numbers we were finally able to contact someone that was affiliated with this resort (The front desk was closed). We explained the situation and begged for a refund as we were very uncomfortable to stay at this hotel. She had zero sympathy and said we can move to a room two doors down. Same thing happened with this room, dirty and smelly. The fire alarm was ripped off the wall, only one small light in the room worked, but luckily this bed was actually off the floor this time. Once again we called the “staff” and they explained they didn’t have any rooms left and they could send a cleaning lady to the room- but we had to be out of the room for an hour. All of this should had been done prior to checking in. This hotel is not cheap enough to be treating customers like this. PLEASE find somewhere else to go, it will lessen your chance of getting bed bugs or breathing in that disgusting air. So many better options out there.

Was hesitant about booking due to COVID etc. Very straight forward on all fronts. Studio had everything needed and very clean. A few cosmetic things needed. Overall we were very satisfied. Good value for money. I would book again.

Requested hypoallergenic room - unscented and no chemicals and it smelled of perfume. Floors were dirty. Floors were also all lifting up, chaos was all ripped and couch was old and dirty.

Nice area close to the village, close to collingwood, close to the water. A little pricey for what you get. Payment structure a little weird. Paid up front two weeks out for some. The day before for the balance and then a surprise payment of 300 for a deposit which I hope to get back. Otherwise this will go from pricey to ridiculously high. Was not pleased with the checkin procedure. Was supposed to get a email with lock info to get in. Never got it and had to phone and leave a message. They got back to me half and hour later and texted me the code and unit number. Was good after that other then the queen bed really is to small unless you want to cuddle all night. So the overall experience I would have to give it 3 of five stars. The only thing that made it better was the scenery.
