Needed to request an additional heater in the room but saying that we requested accessible room and this was the room not allocated to us and they changed it as I have difficulty with stairs. Great reception on arrival .Very friendly staff.15 min walk to the cruise terminal and close to the city centre and shopping.

Leonardo Hotel Southampton
Room was nice and roomy. The bed and pillows were especially comfortable. Food at the restsurant was good and lots of selection for breakfast. There was a sizeable bar near the street entrance which also served food.

Great welcome, efficient and fast checking in and appealing lobby and restaurant. Room available early which was a bonus and Nat on Reception and The bar area was excellent. Really helpful and offering local advice.
