"Very clean room, bed was comfortable. Walls are a little thin and voices echo in the building but was quiet after about 10pm. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Room was dirty, hair in the bed where the sheets weren’t changed. Stayed 9 days total with no room service. Complained 2 different days and still came. Then deactivated room key at 9 am on the checkout date. Couldn’t access room because I went to do laundry. No one works the front desk until 10. This place is not available 24/7 "

"This is our fav hotel when we go to east lansing. Clean, comfortable bed, well maintain, easy parking. Good breakfast esp the coffee!"

"Very nice hotel for the price, hot tub wasn't that hot until a worker added hot water than if felt great. Room was nice. Breakfast was decent. Hallways smell like weed bad, that's the only negative thing about the place. Overall love going there."

"The property was budget friendly and very convenient for our stay. The rooms were very clean but the hotel could have did better utilizing the space (like a closet in the bedroom). We arrived at the hotel 15 minutes early and the desk operator said the rooms were not ready but as soon as shift change happened (15 minutes later).The rooms were ready and we could check in. Which leads me to believe that the first lady didn't want to check us in. But overall our Stay was GREAT."

"Very nice staff but the ground room floors smelt heavily of smoke . We also detected a very heavy odor of marijuana. Staff was very good at addressing it. The patrons were removed "
