"The staff is very professional and helpful (I asked a lot of question!). The rooms, lobby and outdoor areas are all very charming. I particularly enjoyed some of the outdoor tables, outside of the lobby on the first floor and from my room. Loved it and will definitely come back!"

"The property was clean and well-maintained. Convenient to downtown and ample parking. I made the booking for my elderly parent, and there was no grab bar in the shower, and the toilet was so low to the ground it was difficult for her to use. The staff was friendly, but the communication at the desk was poor and my mother never received a critical wake up call, although THREE people assured me she would."

"The hotel was a great find. It's easy to get to everything local, it's clean, and we found it nice and quiet on the weekend (no football game that day). The breakfast was decent, especially the self serve waffle maker, and coffee was plentiful. On top of this, I made a mistake with one of our room types and the staff were happy to help. Finally, the UMass campus was beautiful, set in the best of this year's fall foliage."
