"Very disappointed…no free bottles of water in room; had to pay $5.00 per small bottle of water. No room service was very inconvenient. Night staff desk lady was very rude with poor attitude. Upon arrival at 2:30 A.M., the elevator had strong odor of pot smoke. When this was reported to the desk clerk, she gave the impression of not caring and had no intention of reporting this problem to her superiors…dismissed our concern. "My stay at the Red Roof Inn was overall great. The room was comfortable, clean, and the staff was friendly. The only issue I had was with the early check-in policy. I called a day before arriving and was told by one employee that there would be no fee for early check-in, but when I arrived, another worker charged me for it. That was disappointing because I was given different information beforehand. Aside from that misunderstanding, my stay was pleasant."
