"The staff we came in contact with were great! The overall hotel needs updating and is not very clean. The one queen bed was slammed up against the wall with very little room to get in. The carpet needed cleaning in the rooms and all over the hotel. The elevator makes a scary noise and the water slides ..."

"Microtel has stepped up their game on this trip. We usually have something not working in our room or the pool and/or hot tub is down, but everything was fantastic this time around. Still one of our go-to hotels in West Fargo."
