The room and bathroom were not clean - hair in the shower and bad stains on the carpet the elevator and hslkways were dirty as well

Room was good, breakfast was better than most, bed was comfy but for some reason, they did not service the room and we had to request a clean set of towels.

Traveled with my dog. Not a great area for potty breaks and walks. Lots of trash thrown on the side of the road and worst of all chicken bones that my pup happened to find! Be careful. Rooms need an upgrade, carpets are filthy and bathtub had mold around it. I was also bitten 3 times in the bed. The air conditioning unit was also extremely loud when it kicked on.

The entrance was such a mess we didn’t even check in. The flower beds were all weeds the bushes were overgrown and not trimmed. I could only imagine what the rooms looked like. Not to Hampton or my standards

What I am upset about with the Facilities is the Pool. I honestly rented based off the first pic that pops up for this property of the pool. I wanted to swim the morning of check out but the pool is drained and closed. That is a misrepresentation of the deal that I purchased. Not once was I notified about the pool.

Very disappointed. It's the middle of July. The hotel advertised pictures of a beautiful, clean, outdoor pool with no statement or note stating that the pool was out of order for maintenance. My 4 year old was very disappointed. Advertising one thing and then driving 4.5 hours to the reality being something different is very frustrating and misleading. The air-conditioning in our room didn't work very good. It took forever to cool the room down. We stayed on the 4th floor where the ice machine was also out of order. Had to go to the first floor to get ice. Would not stay again.

Old Dirty Broken

Hotel under construction. I was charged double the price they normally charge. Our toilet leaked. Blinds would not close properly. Carpet was sticky. Our room card had to be reset every day sometimes multiple times a day. I will not choose this hotel again. For a Hilton owned hotel this was probably the worst one we’ve ever stayed at.

Great check-in with Keri, very personable and helpful! She checked me in quickly and made sure everything was perfect. The room was clean, very comfortable, and quiet. Rosita, the dining room attendant was very sweet, and made us feel very special. She accommodated and greeted everyone coming for breakfast, which was amazing, and offering a big variety of breakfast items. Upon check-out, Wendy helped me, and was very professional and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when in the area!
