"Clean room, front desk staff nice. Great location next to El Charro's Mexican food restaurant. Took a long time to get hot water in the shower and faucet. "

"Parking was a breeze, staff was very helpful, the hotel met expectations for a boutique style hotel, room were absolutely stunning, and the beds were very comfortable. I even bought a T-Shirt"

"I will start by saying the location is great. Very convenient. The lobby and room were clean, except for our shower. There was a dirty washcloth in the shower. Gross. We booked a king room and got a 2 queen bed room. I called the front desk to ask and she said they were overbooked and that was all they had. We were bummed about that. The pool was closed so didn’t get a chance to use although it was chilly so not sure we would have used it anyway. Breakfast (eggs, potatoes and bacon) were unfortunately cold. The worst part though was on the other side of the wall from the head of our beds was the elevators. We heard them all night long! Would maybe stay again if the price was right but certainly would not be our first choice. "

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was almost non-existent. There were some cheerios and some mini muffins. The room was clean but the area getting to the room was not. There was a cover on the pool and things were growing out of it. The nozzle on the shower leaked water everywhere except out of the holes. We ran out of TP and called down for more with the cell phone because the room phone didn't work. He said we should come get it. But after some words he did agree to bring it up. When we checked out I reminded him that the phone didn't work in the room. His response: "Well the roof didn't cave in did it"."
