"Great location and amazing value. Rooms are huge for London. Slightly obsessive emails about checking in beforehand which are fine but disconcerting."

My only comment would be on thr parking.. i wish there is like a drop of location where I could just drop thr luggage and check in before getting into the parking. When I phoned the lady she said we can't give you access to the parking before check in and paying. This was inconvenient as no other parking was available around the building. "Immaculate room and property interior, everything worked appropriately and it was a good stay in a good location. The property address is needed as there is no sign. The check in information appropriately noted this but finding the place to drop luggage prior to check in time was a bit confusing. Check in is 4 and check out 10, so a fairly short stay if it’s for 1 night. I would recommend some grit or non-slip strips in the shower as soap made it a bit slippery."

"Great place to stay—location is fantastic, there’s a little stove/fridge/laundry which makes things so much more convenient, and it was a smooth check in. The only thing is that it was extremely hot in the rooms—I was there during a heat wave so it was understandable, but it was 33 degrees in the room which made it tough to sleep. They have fans, but the window only opens a tiny bit, so couldn’t get the cooler air in overnight. Being able to open the window more would help this a lot! Otherwise,...
