"i wish they would mention that there are renovated houses and non renovated. had to find out upon arrival that we will be staying at the not remodeled version. also, their check in is at 3 pm. expedia said its at 2 pm. so that one hour was a big difference for us since we still came on early- at around 12:30. coffee machine was at the kitchen, but no coffee was anywhere to find. in general, it would be not bad 3 start, but definitely not better than that and cost way too much "

"Everything that we need is there perfectly. Loved the view from the room , modern decor, lovely breakfast and of course, warm concierge. She even made a reservation for the dinner at a great restaurant nearby. Location is pretty convenient for all the best beaches in St. Martin. We’re definitely coming back ! "

"View was spectacular. Food at resort was primo as well. Beach is "open from 10-6" meaning if you want service, towel, or chair its 10-6. You can still take an early morning dip. Valet was chill, staff was chill. View again was great. Rainbow cafe is two/three doors down. Cool spot, but they party over there until midnight on the weekends. "We stayed here for a few days before Anguilla. The property is dated but very clean. The restaurant is very good with fair prices. I will stay here again hopefully the living quarters will be updated soon. The beach is nice and being able to walk to the other resort was a plus, more restaurants. They don’t acknowledge or do anything special for your birthday."

"Stayed at Divi with my family. Great location. The pools well kept but on the small side, Beach is perfect though. Staff was helpful with special shout out to Devon who serves on the beach from Gizmos. Lew was a great bartender at Gizmos too. The rooms are dated but we didn't go to spend time in the room. Can't say enough about the location located on a beautiful peninsula."
