"Yes the fireplace was a nice perk. In room instructions on how to work the fireplace would have been nice. Not everyone knows what all the symbols mean. There was no coffee or any sort of breakfast in the morning."

"Love this Inn being right on the main strip of all the fun and shopping. Been coming to this hotel since 2003. Other than the smell of smoke and super firm mattresses. This is where we will always book. It’s the perfect place to stay to utilize your time and to see it all."

"Its a virtual check in which is great for me. There are staff on available if you need one. Location is amazing for charter fishing. The shower is a little weird but sufficient. Zero complaints from us."

"I stayed at WorldMark Long Beach and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Check-in was poorly handled. I was told my room wasn’t ready and that I would be contacted when it was. After waiting about an hour and checking back multiple times, I was eventually told the room had already been ready, but no one ever notified me. This caused an unnecessary delay of about 1.5 hours. When we finally got into the room, it was not clean. There was hair, dirt, and stains on the sheets and pillows. We had to request new sheets late that night, and even after they were changed, there were still small black stains present. Multiple surfaces, including doors, were also visibly dirty. There were additional maintenance issues as well. The heater made a loud tapping noise late at night, the lights flicker when using the fan switch, and the grill on the porch was not clean. The check-in process was also confusing, as wristbands were handed out with no explanation or information provided. A staff member also mentioned there are mold-related issues on the exterior of the property, which added to concerns about overall maintenance. Overall, between the delayed check-in, lack of communication, cleanliness problems, and maintenance issues, this stay did not meet expectations. I would not stay here again"

"The room was very clean but only one roll of to for 4 people. I had requested a cot and extra pillows but no cots available and no pillows which was odd, she did give me 3 extra blankets though. I thought it was odd that the office closed at 8:00 but there is a bell you can ring and she was very nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable and it was very quiet! Would definitely stay again!"
