"Famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants en bas âge, nous sommes ravis de la nuit passée dans cet hôtel. Tout d’abord l’accueil était chaleureux, merci à la jeune fille de l’accueil. Nous avons pris un appartement avec 1 chambre et 1 canapé lit dans le séjour, tout était hyper spacieux, salle de bain dans notre chambre, cuisine, grandes fenêtres = lumineux. Très propre. "Our accommodation was quite tired and had minor damage/wear that could be easily rectified within a few hours to bring it up to standard. It Felt a little unloved. The location, friendliness of staff and facilities were great. We would definitely return and use center parcs Paris again. It felt very safe. It is perfect for accessing Disney as next door although not walkable. "

"À notre arrivée, nous avons rencontré un problème qui n’a malheureusement pas pu être résolu par le premier jeune homme de l’accueil. Lunette mince de type européen Sa réaction s’est limitée à un simple « désolé », sans chercher de solution, ce qui nous a laissés un peu démunis. Heureusement, nous avons ensuite pu expliquer la situation à Olivia, qui a pris les choses en main immédiatement et a su régler le souci avec efficacité. Grâce à elle, nous avons finalement passé un excellent séjour....

"Our stay in the City Residence Saint Maurice was amazing! The receptionists were very friendly and helpful as well! Our room was really clean, and so was the kitchen and the bathroom. Luckily we had an AC (it was really hot in Paris during our stay). Also Saint-Maurice is underrated: it’s pretty nice and calm there, no safety concerns or issues (we were too young women)! It got some beautiful places ! I’ll definitely recommend to stay in the City Residence Saint Maurice! Merci bien pour votre...

"The hotel itself was great! Receptionists were really nice and explained all the facilities the property offered. There was some homeless people sleeping around the corner so not the safest at night if you are a solo female traveler like I was on this trip. Other than that the bed was really comfortable and I appreciated the fan that was in the room since it got pretty hot at night. The metro with the RER A line was about a 2 minute walk which was great getting into Paris quickly. "
