"I understand that the building was under construction, however, the stuff was not very friendly. The normal bathroom lights were either burnt out or not functioning."

"Red lobster across the street and swimming after hours. Front desk was so helpful. Rooms kinda bare … but clean and large."

"Less amenities than any hotel room. No coffee pot, not any type of service ware that is usually in am extended stay property. The bathtub looked like water had backed up into it and had dirt and debris in it. Could not use the shower. "

"We tried 2 rooms labeled non-smoking. The first had a heavy airfreshner smell mixed with tobaco that irritated my eyes and lungs. The second room had such a heavy smoke smell I couldn't even take 2 steps into the room. We left to rent another hotel. I was charged at check in and am unable to get a refund. Just go somewhere else."

"Nice place. Easy parking and quick access downtown."

"The breakfast was horrible. The only thing I was able to get was toast with jelly. There wasn't even hot water for my tea. They had no ice machine. My room had a hole cut out in the corner of the counter. And extremely poor outside lighting getting to the room, and I had to park in a spot where I had about six inches available on my passenger side of my truck"

"Staff at check in was absolutely fantastic making sure that we knew about the nightly kick back and other amenities. Room was comfortable and clean!"

"The only clock in the room was an Apple clock. Without a phone we could not set the time. Also some of the outlets were inactive."

"Pillows left something to be desired, as did the bed, breakfast was not free. Walls paper thin, but overall the property was clean and adequate. Close to highway."

"Would not ever stay at this place ever again! I have not seen this bad of service in a long while, we used it to sleep long enough for me to get get a few hours sleep and left! Go to a Marriott where they actually want your business and treat you very very well! Hilton and its parter places are turning to crap!"

"The room smelled of smoke and the Continental Breakfast was almost non-existent. This Red Roof was not up to the typical Red Roof standards."
