"Great room, renovated and well sized. The rest is just ok"

"Very clean hotel and parking lot was well lighted, felt safe and had plenty of parking. I had to ask the front desk for a box of Kleenex. I requested a wake up call at 7:45 but never got it. I checked out this morning and I still haven’t received my invoice receipt to my email box nor my $50 deposit returned. This is not good! Will I have to file a complaint or dispute?"

You can tell and that it hasn’t been taken care of is wrong, especially when you have customers coming in and looking at that I mean LVT is the way to go not tile floor, so I’m sure something was dumped on the floor and broke it, but you can tell it’s been there for a long time and they haven’t taken care of it. "The staff was wonderful. Terry, especially, was great. The pool and hot tub had so much chlorine added that the kids started coughing and our eyes were burning so badly we had to leave the area after 5 minutes. The age is showing, as I had to rescrew the shower head back on. The bathroom sliding door sat a good two inches away from the wall, so there was no way to lock or fully close it."

"The property and room itself weren’t anything extraordinary. Clean and presentable. However, I felt the hotel pulled a fast one on me. At check-in, they informed me that the reservation deposit from Expedia had been declined, and they needed to re-run my card. "My husband and I stayed here for 1 night heading from Oregon back home. We had a King bed, which was very comfortable. The room was nice and clean. We didn’t get in the pool but did go and look at it. It was clean and very well maintained. The breakfast was very good. We had a smooth check in and the lady was very friendly and helpful. We also had a smooth check out. We would definitely stay there again."

"Horrible check in experience. Definitely call the hotel when booking through a 3rd party. Waited at the desk for 20 min. Then went back to the desk 30 min after normal check in hours and had a room.
