"My only suggestions. The batteries in the rechargeable TV remotes die too quickly and the room service ordering software on the tablet was lacking pictures. Options for an omelet were red and unavailable to select. So unless they were out of eggs, that was an issue. And the bedside tablet nightlight is nice, but too bright. These were a struggle to come up with because the service was impeccable."

"Amazing experience! Worth every dollar!"

"Beautiful property"

"The hotel lobby and rooftop are nice but the rooms are okay. We had 3 rooms and the shower pressure was terrible in all. The king room felt small so we switched to 2 queens which was much better. The service was so good though and it’s attached to a mall. It was good overall but probably won’t stay here again."

"I loved the location in Chicago North. I especially appreciated the staff and how polite and willing they were to help me."

"Great location. Loved rooftop bar and view was amazing from there. Everything was great"

"Compared to other hotels in its class, the service here is top-notch. The room decor isn't overly traditional, featuring prominent details and a clean, cozy atmosphere that feels like home. The pricing is fair, and the location is excellent. Traveling is effortless thanks to the hotel's one-mile shuttle service, and privacy is exceptional (we had a balcony room on the 19th floor). Overall great stay."

"Rooms and general areas all a little dirty and run down. But rooms are spacious and a nice pool and outside area. Good location. Good but expect a cleaner, less run down place for the price point."

"Safe hotel. Ordering in food was a pain as delivery not allowed up to room forcing me to go down two flights of elevator banks. Garage very expensive and not guarantee of reservation unless occupying 24 hrs. Breakfast buffet was good but ends at 9am even on weekends."

"excellent service and the breakfast was delicious . Location was prime and next to good attractions."
