"The room was spacious and clean, although somewhat dated. Good bathroom amenities. Nice comfortable bed. Unfortunately the gym was undergoing renovations so we couldn't use and the outdoor pool appeared to have algae. The breakfast buffet was adequate and typical for an airport hotel. We used the shuttle to get to and from the airport and when I contacted the WhatsApp number to request the service I had to wait at least 10 minutes for a response so that caused some concern. "Outstanding experience - super kind and helpful staff, I had to return to the airport for a luggage snafu late at night on a tight timeline and they went above and beyond to help out. Quiet room close to airport, perfect for overnight layover. Enjoyed the rain shower with good water pressure and how clean the room was. So happy to have found Gugasuites."

"It was nice and clean. We had a 13 hour layover where we needed to switch airports (EZE-AEP) and it was right in the way, closer to AEP. It was a 15 minute drive from AEP but we opted to walk the hour and 6 minutes and it was an easy and beautiful way to get a small taste of the city. "The staff but also people in hotel often made racist remarks, they thought we don’t speak Spanish and felt free to say what ever they like. Besides that the interior of the hotel and apartment can use an update, the couch was broken in our room and the tv as well."
