"Room was large and seemed brand new excellent smart tv"

"Comfortable, clean, and friendly staff!"

"The bed is rock hard and room not very clean "

"Khách sạn ngay trung tâm, phục vụ tốt. Phòng sạch sẽ"

"A lovely little hotel. Convenient for restaurants. Helpful staff"

"Even though the booking was confirmed and paid for, there was no room available on arrival. They said this was because they forgot to update availability on the website. These mistakes can happen ofcourse, but even though it was their fault, it took a lot of time and convincing before I got my money back. The alternative hotels they suggested where not suitable at all"

"The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a convenient location close to town centre and river. Reception kindly helped me book a cheaper transfer to Hanoi than I was able to find online. Rooms were turned down each day with fresh water provided."

"I don t understand any Vietnamese. It was very cold on the street and in the room. I saw guests getroffen breakfast. That was not my case, although i always ask for it when booking."

"Convenient Location & within the town and local sights"
