"The room was very spacious, neat and clean, linens and towels were changed on request. Every attendant asked to make sure we were ok and we're very helpful. Courtney calls were made to our room to ensure all was well and to find out if we needed anything. "We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. They offer really nice service and helpful! It all started from the airport transfer , they sent an amazing driver for us . I had a fantastic experience with Miguel ! He arrived exactly on time, navigated the traffic smoothly, and made me feel completely safe the entire ride. The car was immaculately clean, and he was very polite. So he became our tour guide.. This guy is incredible, he took us everywhere also he very knowledgeable and knows all the best...

"The apartment was very clean, and it is in a great location. Unfortunately, we booked an apartment with a city and ocean view, but there was no ocean view. All of the staff we encountered were great. Ligia, who helped us check out, was very friendly and kind."
