Thank you for your feedback! Yes the cabin is a minihouse and is listed along with pictures with such that includes a spiral staircase. The best way to describe such a small cabin is cozy. So if potential guests need a lot of room and plan to hang out indoors, this cabin is definitely not for you! The spiral staircase is very sturdy so cannot be considered dangerous. However, guests need to be agile to use them. So if there is anyone who has any physical impairment that would cause any difficulties in negotiating stairs, we strongly suggest they are provided the downstairs bedroom. There is dishes there to serve 8 people and we supply paper plates as well. For a cabin that is 16 x 28 with only 1 bathroom, we suggest 4 adults maximum for the best comfort for all. However from feedback we get, 2 adults with kids is actually more ideal because kids love the stairs and have their own privacy in the loft! We want our guests to be comfortable in our cabin the size it is. So we hope and encourage potential guests to study the listing provided before they book!

Thank you for your feedback on your stay at our cabin. Thank you for mentioning the spiral staircase and driveway as we don't want any surprises for our future guests that they can not accommodate! The spiral staircase is not for everyone and if any physical limitations we need guests know they would need to sleep downstairs ONLY!! The driveway is indeed steep and comes to a tee so it is best to drive facing forward to the tee and turn right and stop the back up your vehicle to the cabin. This makes it easier to get back down! Some guests choose to just park at the tee. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and are welcome back anytime!

We will look into the confusion with the cleaning fee to prevent recurrence with future guests. As far as we know the pet fees are not collected by any of the booking agencies thus are separate from the cleaning fee. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and are welcome back anytime!
