"The apartment is nicely decorated like hotel rooms. Great location (easy access to public transports) and great communication. The down side is the room becomes very small if you need to set up the sofa bed."

"Horrible experience. This is not a hotel. There was no front desk staff. We had to wait outside with our luggage. Air conditioning wasn’t working and when we called and requested to fix it, they told us that we broke it and that it was past 5pm and the work day is over. There was no toiletries. Towels were super warm out and had threads hanging on all sides. There was no breakfast because we were leaving at 8am."

Bei fünf Übernachtungen erhielten wir trotz schriftlicher und anschließend persönlicher Nachfrage nicht einmal frische Handtücher. Das Room-Service-Schild wurde einfach nur wieder ins Zimmer gehängt.
