Staff was friendly and rooms were nice and big! My only two complaints is that the pullout couch was very noisy and when someone would move everyone heard because it was an open space. Staff were enthusiastic, upbeat, engaging, and couldn’t have been more helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful.. decor is classy and the room was large, elegant and very comfortable
