"Had a good stay, with extremely helpful reception staff especially Bneha. Rating it poorly because of poor management. Never stayed in a place where they charge you for misplaced 2nd door keycard and for a slightly stained bath towel. Totally unreasonable charges"

"The Itsy by Treebo is barely a hotel. It has the sense of a building under construction, in a part of the city under construction as well. Amenities are barebone and the staff barely speaks English. I was also particularly annoyed because while I was napping the staff barged into my room to install a new TV. That was completely unacceptable as I said I did not want them in the room, and they did it anyways. I would absolutely not stay here again."

"It was amazing. From the moment I arrived till the moment I left all the staff were amazing. They helped with food recommendations, also the food at the hotel was amazing! "Hotel bien situé. Très facile de trouver un tuk tuk en sortant. Chambre vaste et agréable. Calme car l'hotel se trouve au bout d'une allée. Clientèle Indienne en très grande majorité. L'insonorisation n'est pas optimale entre les chambres. Très bon petit déjeuner le matin. Au vu de notre départ très tot le matin nous avons pu avoir un pack breakfast avec un sandwich et barquette de fruits. "
