"The room was clean and modern and most of the staff were helpful. Somehow the pier of S Maria del Giglio were closed during my 2 day stay, it almost killed me us from dragging two 28 inches suitcases and 2 carry ons (coming from Australia for 1 month of Europe trip) all the way from the next closest pier…… and there was a national strike on the day of leaving, had to cross 4 bridges and dragged suitcases again for 1km to Rialto pier…it would have been nicer if I had been informed by the hotel...

"When cleaning the room, they even neatly wrapped and organized the USB cord. And they gave me a welcome biscuit every day. I was very satisfied with everything. When I first entered the hotel, there were no instructions, so I was confused about how to open the first and second doors. It would be nice if they could provide guidance on these things in advance."
