"Clean rooms and accessible areas of the hotel. Meals taken were well prepared and appetising. Overall staff were pleasant and cooperative. Two of the staff were however outstanding and actually have improved the rating of the hotel and service. The Maitre d’, Enrico, fulfilled his role with an easy competency and professionalism. Quasi completamente plastic-free. Personale molto professionale, gentile e disponibile. Check in e check out veloci, apprezzatissima la possibilità di prenotare il check in anticipato e il parcheggio (coperto o scoperto). "

"An excellent Best Western. We had a wonderful 4 night stay and the staff was very helpful. Great breakfast buffet including made to order coffee. The staff went the extra mile, making us a late dinner and great drinks. A safe and convenient location but not near the sites of Padua."
