"The unit was very dated and not well maintained. Carpet appeared to be new. Although the unit wasn't dirty, the cleaning wasn't up to scratch. Backs of doors were dirty, cobwebs around windows, hair in drawers and mold around windows. One small heater for the whole unit. There were no spare pillows ..."
