Khách sạn Paengseong-eup

"Such a wonderful stay! The staff were great, the room was nice and clean and the added extra amenities in the lobber were a pleasant surprise. The location cannot be beat, right in the heart of the downtown area with plenty of places to walk to. We stayed in the Singature 1 suite and the sauna was so nice to have in the room along with the extra space and private bath on the patio. I'll definitely stay here again. "The drain didn’t work well"

The service does not feel particularly polished or well standardized, and there seems to be a lack of clear guidelines for how staff should communicate with and respond to guests. Overall, the level of professionalism in guest service could be improved."

"Clean and functional!"

"Good breakfast"

However, a male staff member standing nearby just stared blankly without offering any assistance. Later, due to a change in my travel plans, I wanted to extend my stay, but the hotel was completely sold out. We had no choice but...
