"Amazing place!!! Extremely clean rooms and property. Hosts could not have been more friendly. Avoid the high prices of Sedona and stay at this property a quick 20 minutes outside of Sedona. Perfect spot if what you need is a place to sleep at night. Would definitely come back without hesitation. "

"This resort is a great location if you want to get out of busy Sedona. We wanted to go to Jerome, Clarkdale, Cottonwood, and Sedona, and was easy to get to all of them from there. Also, the location is very peaceful. The room itself was quiet, had everything we needed in the kitchen, and the office gave any extra supplies as needed, such as garbage bags, dishwasher pods, towels, etc. The grounds and pool/hot tubs were well maintained. "It's a small, older private motel so were went in a bit skeptical, but we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was and we liked the fact that there was no carpet. It was clean and the owner was friendly."
