The whole night we weren’t to sleep because the people upstairs were making a lot noise! I complained to the front desk at 4 am and I was told that they have the right to walk on their room!.. and what about some “sound proffered room” for the rest of us?? "The AC unit was loud, even when turned off..not sure what it was,but noise came on every 90 seconds or so 24/7. I missed that no breakfast is included, but there is Bagel shop across the street. Airport shuttle was very handy."

"I'd have rated this as a 5 star if our room wasn't adjacent to the elevator so you heard that running at times. We also had housekeeping just come in early on the morning of our departure unexpectedly. We did not have a Do Not Disturb sign out, but it was earlier than I'd ever have expected."
