The moment you step into the hotel you get the feeling of being in a 5 star hotel. A warm welcome from the reception team who gave us an efficient yet friendly check in. The room was very clean, few little issues nothing major. Staff are brilliant, helpful, friendly and efficient. Restaurant food was excellent, home cooked and well presented. My only criticism that my room was above the smoking area so did smell of cigarette smoke occasionally

What a wonderful place! A beautiful room, huge! Great restaurant and service. 15 minutes from the Tilbury Docks. Highly recommend!
