"This is a clean, family friendly inn. There is a microwave in the main hallway downstairs and a small refrigerator in the room. Breakfast is hard boiled eggs, toast, bagels, bananas, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice, etc. Samsung tvs allowed us to log into our streaming services. Much appreciated. Water pressure was good. Traffic in the hallways is a little noisy in the rooms. Our mattress was very firm. That works great for me, but maybe not for everyone. We would definitely stay here again. The location on the river and walking distance to downtown is fantastic. It is also very close to the weekly Thursday night rodeo."

"Very clean property, reasonably priced and well-maintained with a nice and accessible staff. There's a breakfast but only runs until 9am even on weekends and the checkout time is 10am which seems early. There's no elevator, so that may be a consideration for older/disabled. No gym, pool or frills but comfortable beds, fridge, microwave and well located, though not really in-town as the website purports. There's a great restaurant, Coyote Moon, just next door. No pets allowed. I would stay here again."

"No AC!!! No Wi-Fi or in operation this was the Annex house with loft, be aware of loose dogs on property. Very dusty in entire house. Road to property from main pavement is a dirt road, some very rough spots and approximately one mile. Over all setting is beautiful meadow, lake and mountains"
